Where to begin the 1st time we were referred to NCHC my husband tried on a CPAP mask the mask had to be ordered and would arrive at our home in 3-5 days 5 days had passed and no mask I called the Astoria office and was told that they were unable to get a hold of the insurance company and she would try again after 2 weeks we went to an appointment at the sleep clinic without a new mask, I asked if there was another supply store we could visit, the MA said she would call NCHC we received the new mask and supplies three days la... read more
