HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS – I AM WRITING THIS JUST TO SHOW HOW PATHETIC THESE PEOPLE ARE. I USUALLY PAY MY PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND I CALLED A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES THERE WERE NO APOLOGIES FOR THE WAIT AND THEY ACTED AS IF I WAS INCONVENIENCING THEM. WHEN I WENT ON MATERNITY LEAVE LAST YEAR I ASKED IF THERE WAS A WAY THAT I COULD SKIP A MONTH OF PAYMENT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF MY PAYMENT WASNT PAID I WOULD HAVE 20 DAYS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OR THEY WOULD COME AND REPOSESS MY CAR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THEY ARE VERY NASTY PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH .THOUGH I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BECAUSE MY PMTS WERE ALWAYS ON TIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL A COUPLE OF TIMES IN REFERENCE TO CHANGING MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER.I WAS TOLD THEY WERE NASTY BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY BUSY.WELL I WORL IN AN ENVIROMENT THAT IS ALSO VERY BUSY IF I EVER TREATED SOMEONE THAT WAY I WOULD BE STANDING IN THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE. Beware, Beware, Beware – This dumpy company should be put out of business. They give high risk loans. Put a little box in your car and if you are three days late, the box locks the car and you can't drive it. Nevermind if you have fallen on tough times-THEY DON'T CARE. Their goal is to make money off of the less fortunate. They hire people to hunt you down to repo the car or garnish your wages or bank accounts. Money hungry business with no cares aside from their end profit – Dont even expect this worthless junk of a company to work with you if you happen to be a few days late on a payment, even though you have never been late in over 2 years of paying them. They have no consideration for anyone aside from lining their pockets; companies such as this prey and feed of the mis fortunate. Money Hungry company – It's now been 11 years and they are still harassing me - NEVER EVER NEVER use this company - I haven't had the car since January 1997 and they still are coming after me. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF trash COMPANY I have ever seen. I've not lived in Ohio since 1997 and have had the same home and phone number for almost 7 years - they have never called me. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH TRASH TRASH- save yourself grief and don't use them.
