They screwed up my bank account – I just ran into a problem with Northcoast finacial. I have to call in a payment every week to get a code. This past week they took out $101 over what the payment is. This totally messed my bank account up. I called them and they were suppose to put the money back into my account within 36 hrs. Well they didn't now I have over $96 in overdraft fees.
DO NOT FINANCE WITH THESE CROOKS – I BOUGHT A CAR THRU NORTHCOAST AND AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS OF NEVER BEING LATE I CAME UPON HARD TIMES AND I COULDNT MAKE THE PAYMENTS AND MY PARTNER LEFT WITH THE CAR , I DIDNT KNOW HE WAS BACK IN FINDLAY NOT ONE TIME WAS I NOTIFIED BY NORTH COAST THEN I RECIEVE A LETTER SAYING I AM BEING SUED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUT OF THE LOAN EVEN AFTER THEY REPO'D THE CAR!!!! Reconsider Purchasing. GOTO cnac financing... – This company claims its out to help ppl. rebuild there credit. Their main goal is to make money. I dont fault them for that. However, I feel a little honesty is much better then scamming. Unfortunately, I purchased a car from them. It was in the evening and snowing. They cleaned the car off as much as they possible could. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY – I have had my car for about a year and a half now and have had nothing but problems with it. I was forced to pay for a warranty that was supposed to cover everything, but in reality only covers specific problems. My linkage cable to my transmission broke, and it wasn't covered, so I had to pay 300 dollars to fix it. Of course I still had to make my payments so that the infamous box wouldnt shut the car off. Avoid at ALL cost – Our van was falling apart so I went to a local dealership. They got us financed through this "company". We had to have the box removed because of all the electrical problems. We have had this car less than a year and I am ready to drive it to them and tell them where to shove it. They call everyday. AVOID AVOID AND ESPECIALLY AVOID DIANNA – My husband bought a car from this company in Jan 07, I have had some good and mostly bad experience with this company. Angela who is an employee there is FANTASTIC. She is so nice and has always gone the "extra mile' for him. Avoid At All Cost – My husband got a car through these guys, they shut his car off from the box even tho his payments were paid on time!!!!! Finally we took the BOX OFF because it was taking 2 days to get it back on. But not before my husband lost his job!!!! We filed bankruptcy on this company in 2005 and they are still trying to get us to pay and they refuse to stop reporting bad credit even tho they have the bankruptcy info.
