I loved it.! Felt immediate relief from aching knees and joints. I walked out and felt better coming out than I did going in! I will definitely do it again!
I suffered lower back pains from a car accident in April 2017 I went to north coast cyro for the first time and enjoyed my whole body felt great coming out I highly recommend for anyone that has experienced serious injuries in the past

Both of my high school daughters tried Cryo during track post-season, to help get rid of any inflammation and soreness, so that they would be fully recovered and ready to go for the next day's competition. They were both immediately impressed with the results, and scheduled appointments for the following weeks! Terri does a great job explaining the science behind it, both my girls felt the results, (and the student rate great, too)!!
