Make sure to investigate a therapist before you open up to them and let them in so that they can influence you. I made that mistake with this guy and I wish I had read the reviews on google first. Carl Christensen is not knowledgeable about psychology. I ended up having more information on it than he did. He was unable to answer my questions or provide any help to me in sessions, or even give definitive responses at all. Worse yet, he was downright unprofessional.
