3/8/2023 OMG!!! My experience with them started out OK, but ended rather badly... I initially called to test drive a certain vehicle (Volvo XC60) and spoke with a gentleman named Jay. I asked if the vehicle was still available, and after a brief hold he came back on and told me that is was. We set up a time to come and test drive it (initial phone call was at 1:10pm and appointment to test drive was at 2:00pm).
