I had a really great experience with Corey Logan. Low pressure negotiations and easy sales process. He was certainly professional but had a great sense of humor which I’m a fan of. The manager wasn’t too hard-nosed and was pleasant and I felt like he treated us fairly. I’ve had some terrible experiences with dealerships, especially big ones. Getting into a new car is everything but cheap, it’s stressful, it’s confusing and it’s just a wild experience. BUT at North Coast Mitsubishi in Akron, it’s everything BUT complicated. Mark and Mike did such an amazing job with getting me into my dream car, they explained everything in fine detail, called me after closing and worked every wonder in the book to get me the best deal. Had a great experience working with Mark Geis on the purchase of a minivan for my family. Mark was very enjoyable to work with throughout the process, and made the process quick and easy. I had hesitations as this was my first experience purchasing a used vehicle (usually buy new), but he was very responsive to all of my questions/concerns on the vehicle.
