I tried to purchase a jeep from a salesman names ean. The first day I drove the vehicle home the check engine light came up. I voiced that I did not want the vehicle after the incident. I do not want this vehicle and now they are refusing to answer the phone? They financed my car? Then unfinished my car, then tried to say I never gave them a down-payment even after I did, and they gave me a reciept.
North Coast Mitsubishi made my car buying experience seamless and smooth. The price at the dealership was exactly as quoted. I am enjoying my new car. The sales consultant I dealt with, in person, was knowledgeable and up front about the car. My trade in was valued fairly. My only complaint, and I don't wanna be picky, is my car was delivered with 1/8th of a tank of gas. My trade in had 3/4 of a tank . Cmon guys, I am buying a 30,000 car from you. Would it be so hard to deliver with a full tank of gas? Or even a gas gift car... read more
