Filthy. Also, my friend had to retrieve her missing bike from the maintenance man's own apartment after a short visit. She was told it was a fire hazard to lock the bike to the stair railing & received no reply when asked where the signs were posted. She had to replace the chain + lock & retrieve her cart from the dumpster. After speaking to some residents, I found out that bikes and cars are regularily impounded, then lost.
