I have tried plenty of Chinese restaurants from hole-in-the-wall take out places to fine dining in Baltimore - Washington DC area and here on the Central coast, and South Coast in California. When it comes to flavor, texture, and service North China restaurant in Santa Maria stands head and shoulders above the rest. And Julie sets the high bench mark of impeccable and courteous service.
Ther food is delicious and the service is always on poin.
