I’ve had some challenges with this dental practice. As a working professional attending graduate school, involved in my community, and managing a busy family schedule, I sometimes find it difficult to give the perfect amount of notice. However, I believe in open communication and try to keep them informed. Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful and uplifting building. A very good experience.
North Chautauqua Dental is a large practice. I have had good and bad experiences. For the bad: the some of the dental hygienist can be very rough and I encountered a dismissive dentist (I don’t remember their names). For the good: they know how to deal with the insurance companies and two other dentist I’ve encountered have been excellent (took time to explain findings and the next steps).
