Northcase apartments are very nice well kept up property. It's very quiet and it's hid away from all the noise that you probably hard in the city. I give Northcase apartments a 10 the best apartments I've ever seen besides the one I live in.
We lived there for a year. The pond view was nice to have the Barn Swallows are a nuisance in Spring. They will roost in the corners of your back patio and they’re federally protected so you can’t do anything about it. They will poop several times a day which is toxic to breathe in and be around. This used to be a great, relaxed, clean place to live. It was bought by a company named Capstone Multi Family Group who has already started to drive it into the ground. They raised rent almost $200 for no reason; everything is outdated, no upgrades other than new windows which are as not even a necessity in any way. The grounds used to be clean and free of trash but now there’s trash everywhere and no one cleans the grounds. The pool is murky and gross and full of bugs.
