Northcase apartments are very nice well kept up property. It's very quiet and it's hid away from all the noise of the city. Northcase is very well maintained. And the residents are very friendly. The only other apts I'd recommend are the ones I live in which is The Creek Apts on Wrightsville Ave.
Northcase apartments are very nice well kept up property. It's very quiet and it's hid away from all the noise that you probably hard in the city. I give Northcase apartments a 10 the best apartments I've ever seen besides the one I live in.
We lived there for a year. The pond view was nice to have the Barn Swallows are a nuisance in Spring. They will roost in the corners of your back patio and they’re federally protected so you can’t do anything about it. They will poop several times a day which is toxic to breathe in and be around. That was really the only complaint besides loud neighbors next door that had 4 unruly children and a loud dog that pooped in the mulch next to our front door until January of this year when the new property management Capstone took ... read more
