This used to be a great, relaxed, clean place to live. It was bought by a company named Capstone Multi Family Group who has already started to drive it into the ground. They raised rent almost $200 for no reason; everything is outdated, no upgrades other than new windows which are as not even a necessity in any way. The grounds used to be clean and free of trash but now there’s trash everywhere and no one cleans the grounds. The pool is murky and gross and full of bugs. This NEW management (Capstone) and property manager, Michael, have displayed new levels of incompetence I did not think were possible. If you wish to be treated with the bare minimum of basic decency as a tenant, Find ANY other company to rent from. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. As an experienced renter, I have never seen such shady actions, questionable business practices, discriminatory concerns, unethical behaviors, unprofessionalism, unreachable employees AND company, and much more. This is a great place to live. They fix any issues in a timely manner and also have a professional and knowledgeable staff. This place even worked with me when I couldn’t get out of my apartment in time…Michael in the office really made me feel like he cared.
Clean and quiet with clubhouse and pool
Do not move here. You’ve been warned. For the price, go elsewhere. They’re gonna try and rip you off at every turn, especially with the new management company, Capstone. The pool water is green. The fitness center is an old shed the maintenance man used to use that they converted into a fitness center. It’s a joke. Really. Better places in town for same price.
