In a time where so many businesses are going digital-only for customer service, the availability of real-time, real-person assistance really sets this business apart. Great experience, easy to do online and great service with the code and lock being sold in the office
They did a horrible job clearing the snow leaving a good portion of the units inaccessible for nearly 2 weeks. We were unable to access our unit at all during that time and there was zero attempt to fix it.
Emily helped me get into the unit that I needed quickly and easily! The whole property was also very well maintained! I plan on using them again if needed and recommending this facility to my family and friends! ☺️
Clean units! Extremely nice and friendly staff at the front desk. Super easy access to our unit. Prices are reasonable too.
