Went in like a week ago because my stomach/side was hurting and I had a fever. I was worried it was appendicitis but the doctor said it was just gas and gave me an X-ray to look things over. (Not a good way to check for appendicitis, I’ve learned.) Anyways I ended up in the hospital two days later with a perforated appendix. They get two stars because the nurse and the guy I talked to on the phone the next day were nice.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I walked into the Urgent Care Unit and explained that my throat was closing from an allergic reaction and my lip was swelling. The receptionist rolled her eyes and asked, well what are you allergic to? I was shaking had just threw up foamy acids from the reaction to the allergy of who knows what. I told her I didn't know. She rolled her eyes once again to show sarcasm and unprofessionalism towards me after she responded with, "foam." I said, "yes acids foaming in my throat closing it up... read more

This was the best /worst experience. I go in due to bronchitis, excessive coughing and tight chest. very clear I can not speak, My colleague is trying to assist me and give the check in clerk my info and all she is worried about is the 125.00 copay then says do not treat her until she pays, like wow just let me die already. Andy was awesome and The Dr. was great , But CHECK in needs to go back and get customer service training.
