Dr. Mayer glued a laceration on my daughter's head, then proceeded to put an asterisk of steri-strips across it without even waiting for the glue to completely dry. Two weeks later when the steri-strips I couldn't see under finally came off, it looks as though I may as well have put a band-aid on her rather than rushing her here for the medical care I thought I'd receive. Her laceration is still slightly open and she will now have a decent sized scar. I will never EVER go back to this urgent care again.

Thanks! Dr. Yvonne Lai is wonderful! I went to North Central Urgent Care on recommendation from friends. I have to say the staff was great. The doctor demonstrated care and professionalism. I had seen two physicians at other facilities and neither could properly diagnose why I was in so much pain. Thank you, Dr. Lai. I am now pain-free!

Drs. Lai, Levcovitz, and Mayer are quality physicians. As a pharmacist, I am well aware of the need to provide patients with professional, quality information in a timely manner. Several of my family members have gone to North Central Urgent Care for a variety of ailments. While it is true that the doctors are not infallible (no doctor is), I believe this Urgent Care facility offers a legitimate option for those seeking high-quality health care.

1st time I went here I had sever bronchitis and was told it was just a upper respiratory infection and sent away with nothing..next day I was dying! Went to my regular doc. and he said I was severly dehydrated and had sever bronchitis..had to gte 3 shots, medication, and get hooked up to an IV for hours. He couldn't believe they had just sent me away. Now my husband has been sick and since they are closest to us took him there. I recently chose to go there for a foreign object in my eye. I was taken back very fast, less than ten minutes. I was told up front that they did not except my insurance. I was also told how to expect to pay. They were right on the money! I was treated and sent home with a script for antibiotics in less than an hour! You could not get any better. Very happy with the service. I felt like I was cared for with compassion and concern.

I went to this place of business with a sinus infection because I had to fly out of town on business the same day. Walked in and presented my insurance card. Person at front desk...said I was covered under my insurance and charge would be $45.00...of course they were wrong. I paid $100 more than they initially quoted just to get out of there after a nice but inept doctor prescribed me a z-pack in a total of 5 minutes of seeing me.
