Very friendly and helpful
Called three different times to reschedule my appointment. Spoke to a live person three times and left a voicemail once after being transferred to the "correct person". Never heard back from them to get it reschedule. Then all of a sudden I get a notice from TWC that I never showed up. You better drop everything you are doing and show up or they are going to take away your benefits. These people don't actually care to help you. You are just a box they have to check.
Greenville office Had a counselor discriminate against me. Gave me the run around, how his family member had the same disability and how hard it is for them. (Tried to be compassionate to me after he treated me like crap. Then said his mom works for social services and he believes I should be on ssi.) I’m greatful to even find a job , but the customer service here sucks , I wouldn’t run here if you’re looking for something asap everything is on there time 1/10
