A few thoughts on my interaction with NCPE. Ryan was friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions, and was knowledgeable — without ever being pushy or pressuring me into purchasing anything. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in being a local, family-owned and operated business. It feels good supporting places like this, I highly recommend North Central Power Equipment. I will continue to be a customer.
Excellent service and honest advice. They helped me choose exactly the right chainsaw for my needs without trying to upsell me. They even got it running and walked me through everything. Will be a lifelong customer.

I always feel like im bothering them when I interact with their staff.
This place is a hidden gem just south of Merrill on county road K. Even though this is an Echo Dealer, this place has ALL the production wood cutting chains in stock, on shelf. If they’re out, they get more in a couple days no problem. Also can work on my Stihls and Husqvarna saws no problem. Ryan, has a huge brain for small engines and an overwhelming knowledge on saws. I learn something new every time I stop in. Since I found this shop, I am a dedicated customer.
