Dr. LaGanke has been my MS physician for around fifteen years now. The first ten years I drove from Tuscaloosa to Cullman to see him. I have driven from Destin, Florida for the past five years. I would drive anywhere to see this brilliant compassion Doctor who is known world wide.
Dr. LaGanke has been Amazing to My Husband He's doing everything possible to treat his MS I love Gena Hamilton too She's helped us so much with anything we've need as well THANK YALL SO VERY MUCH
Told multiple times to fax medical records to a women named Dawn. Told me office did not close till 5. I went 6 days without my seizure meds because she lied about the time the office closed. Thank you Dawn
I get great care here but please add more phone lines. I had to cancel my last apt. for my Aunts funeral and it took over a week to get through to reschedule.
This place has the most wonderfully caring staff! I have never felt more calm and well taken care of at any office. MS is already a nerve rattling deteriorating disease, but I always know I am in good hands at this place!
I am a patient of Dr. Quinn and I do like her but however I cannot stand their office technology!! It is impossible to get ahold of anyone before noon! I call & all I get is a busy signal, and getting them to call you back in a timely manner is nearly impossible as well. They need to fix their phone system asap.
