This has been one of the WORST collection agencies I’ve worked with. I used to be a debt collector so I have a soft spot in my heart for them and the way these guys lie to people is absolutely absurd. I called when I got a letter about a debt I owed from years ago that I hadn’t heard about or even knew who I was to pay. They were saying they would file a lawsuit against me because I hadn’t replied to attempts to contact me. I haven’t been contacted in I don’t even know how long about this debt, and again had no clue who to pay. Still contacting me after I set up payments and then secretly have a court date set without telling me and then charging me all the court fees on top of what I owe and still hounding me for more money to pay and never report it to credit bureau that it's paid, it's been months. I think the office would be much more useful as a parking lot than a "Business".

This company sent me a bill with stating there going to take me to Cort, never one time received anything about this prior to the bill... one time notice with a Cort threat who dose that.
