Try to work with them then they go after twice what you owe. Should be investigated
This has been one of the WORST collection agencies I’ve worked with. I used to be a debt collector so I have a soft spot in my heart for them and the way these guys lie to people is absolutely absurd. I called when I got a letter about a debt I owed from years ago that I hadn’t heard about or even knew who I was to pay. They were saying they would file a lawsuit against me because I hadn’t replied to attempts to contact me. I haven’t been contacted in I don’t even know how long about this debt, and again had no clue who to pay.
