These guys are awesome!!! Any needs you may have call TYLER! get you in and out quicker then any other shop! And do a great job!
This International dealer is the best in the area. There is another International franchise that's closer and more convenient to me, but it's worth the drive to go to NCI. I'm not just a number there, I mean something to them as a customer. Service is outstanding. Tyler in Service is great to deal with.
Their services department needs improvement with their communication skills I had my truck sitting there for almost a week and I got called told my truck is ready while it was not I had to sit there all day they fixed something that I did not ask for and I had to pay them for that anyway I will say be extra vigilant with these guys make sure you are sure of what they are for you
Nice new building with plenty of room! Conveniently located on hwy 101. They got my truck in and out in no time. Completed work when promised. This is the only place that I will bring my International! Great customer service.
