Electric is so high the bills are so outrageous. If I could give zero stars I would. I paid my bill late but before the disconnect date and they still disconnected it I had to call and show proof, I paid and they actually asked me if I wanted them to take the disconnect/ reconnect fee off my next bill.
We had a terrible storm last evening, but thanks to NCE, we never lost our power. I've lived in my home for over 20 years and have only lost power twice. Those two times, it was restored very quickly. Thank you to everyone who works for NCE!
This is one of the highest electric bills I have to pay. They also are very quick to disconnect so they can charge you extra for it and an extra hookup fee.
This electric company SUCKS. I’ve never in my life have had a bill so high. If these guys service a area you’re looking to move to I’d look for a different place bc you’ll be paying 2 mortgages!
Tried to call in today to find out about why we lost power. Anette was extremely rude and tried to talk over me. Terrible customer service.
