My husband spent 6 days at NCBaptist Hospital after a sudden cardiac arrest. During that time, he was seen by 3 different staff doctors, because apparently, the hospital doctors don't work consecutive days; 6 different nurses/LVNs for the same reason. No one took the time to listen when I explained his health issut tes. His cardiologist came in every day, yet to the best of my knowledge, not one of the hospital doctors consulted him. Have been there twice in the last year and both times they treated me great!
Best Hospital and staff ever! Their pediatric care is top notch. The doctors and nurses are phenomenal and take great care of the patients. The staff are amazing with repeat visitors, like my son; they know exactly how to help him stay calm.
Nurses were so nice and caring. It felt like a vacation!
I would to express my gratitude for the care my son received at North Central Baptist Hospital's pediatric emergency department. The registration process was fast and we were in the waiting room no longer than 5-10 minutes. Big thank you to Christina, RN; Jennifer, ER tech; radiology tech; and Dr. Gowan for the wonderful way you cared for Charlie. The kindness and expert care my son received made a traumatic accident so much easier. Thank you.
Do not use this hospital. The billing department has no idea what they are doing. I overpaid on my two combined accounts several months ago by paying my monthly bills on time (every month, even though paper bills are inconsistent to say the least) and accidentally sending one extra payment in. NCBH "accidentally" applied almost $800 towards ONE account, never sent me ANYTHING stating my other account bill was "overdue" or not being paid on.
