Six stars! I bought an old Massey Ferguson tractor and had it shipped to central Georgia. Not only did they tune it up, lubed it, but with out asking, they added a new battery and an owner's manual. I have only so much money for my little 2+ acre property to fix it up, and a new machine made no sense. I took a chance on them and they did more than expected, hence the sixth star. Trust, honor, service, customer oriented, they are the best!

Very good people. I would like to thank the Napa employee who came to my rescue with a piece of fuel line, hose clamps and a screwdriver when my mustang GT started pouring fuel out of a cracked piece of line in the engine bay. I stopped at the marathon in new London because I smelled a strong odor of gas and noticed I had lost a quarter tank in 5 miles. It nearly caught fire.
