My wife and I have driven past North center so many times living in the neighborhood, often stating "we need to check this place out". Well, I was given an unfortunate opportunity because I suffered a muscle spasm in my neck. Caryn is very knowledgeable about massage therapy. She has worked wonders on my upper back, shoulders and neck. She does a great job of explaining how muscles are connected and what methods she is using to help with my problem areas. She also suggests stretches for continued therapy at home. When I first went to see Caryn I was suffering from chronic headaches that stemmed from tightness in my neck and shoulders. Caryn shows a lot of care and expertise in her approach to bodywork. I received a deep tissue massage for a severe back injury that was causing great pain. Her massage broke up the blockage and eased my distress so much. I highly recommend her!
