Caryn is very thoughtful and caring. She will make sure that you leave feeling better and with a plan to stay that way. This was my first visit and I already booked my next one!
Caryn is very knowledgeable about massage therapy. She has worked wonders on my upper back, shoulders and neck. She does a great job of explaining how muscles are connected and what methods she is using to help with my problem areas. She also suggests stretches for continued therapy at home. When I first went to see Caryn I was suffering from chronic headaches that stemmed from tightness in my neck and shoulders. Caryn does wonderful work and helped me with some neck and shoulder tension. She was great at listening to what I needed and checking in with me. I would recommend her to anyone!
Caryn shows a lot of care and expertise in her approach to bodywork. I received a deep tissue massage for a severe back injury that was causing great pain. Her massage broke up the blockage and eased my distress so much. I highly recommend her!
Caryn really listens to your needs, where the pain is, and any questions you might have. It feels like both seeing an old friend and a trusted doctor. I left feeling so much better than when I came in and that was only my first visit! Can't recommend her services enough.
