All ways friendly and great service
I was prescribed the wrong medication, which led to a few days of suffering from shingles since the wrong one simply didn't work. Ultimately, I had to go to the emergency. It was a really negative experience. I’m not sure it’s safe to visit this practice or Dr. Vainer. I hope my experience helps others make better decisions and choose a different place for their care.
Very rude behaved GP, he suggested me to take medication instead of chiropractor visit, how does that even work? Taking pills ain’t gonna adjust my hip, my weight distribution isn’t equal, don’t need a medical certificate to know that pill won’t help! For all other new visitor, he will suggest more visit to him instead of using common sense! You’ll figure it out.
I have seen Doctor Vainer for just under a year now and he has been extremely knowledgable and helpful. It's also easy to book an appointment with him (often same day).
First time seeing Doctor Vainer today, which was a very last minute booking just before they closed on a Saturday. The reception was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Doctor Vainer was very thorough, took the time to diagnose, and was very informative with his professional diagnosis.
