We have been using NCTC for 15+ years. They've handled our weekly maintenance, chemical applications/aerating, hardscape and landscape design and install, irrigation, lighting, you name it. Most recently, they've handled a month's long project transforming our old deck into an expansive outdoor kitchen, fire pit, entertaining area. NC Turf care ruined our back yard. Just recently we paid thousands of dollars to add topsoil and re-sod the backyard because it was in such sad shape and wanted to start fresh. The entire time we were on NC Turf Care plan to treat the yard and also paid them over $1000 to improve and fix the irrigation system. The irrigation fixing was mediocre as it required 3 visits to accomplish the right spray pattern even though that is what the first visit was supposed to be for.
