We love this place the doctors, nurses, and staff are always welcoming and helpful!
Terrible customer service and communication. My son fell ill with strep. The school required a medical evaluation and paperwork to be released to continue attending. This place HAD his prior evaluation done without any record of paperwork to be released. We drove 30 minutes up here on 9/26 to collect said paperwork. They told us they would have it ready by the following Monday. Now being Friday 10/3, we are back up here at 1pm. They answered the phone but refuse to open the door until after 1:45 due to "lunch".
