While the oral surgeon and medical team provided professional care and the procedure itself went fine, the front office management was disappointing. My consultation appointment ran 30 minutes late (no word) and there was a major communication breakdown regarding insurance. I pre-submitted my details two weeks ago, yet the front desk acted completely unaware of it today and offered no clarity on coverage.
