At least 50% of the time, my prescription isn't sent. Why cant you get this correct? Why don't you guys ever answer the phone?
Had nothing but problems with this office. They do not care about their patients. they will force a visit that's months out before refilling medication they should've provided at the previous visit. Providers keep leaving, so they require another visit to get a school form filled out. AVOID. You have been warned.
I’m an actual patient here, and Mary Gerow is pretty darn awesome. 5 stars—nothing bad to say at all. My 2 star review is based on the other reviews—and some of my complaints. If I were the owner, I would listen to my patrons by doing something about the concerns. If the problem is mainly focused on the front desk and communication operators, that’s fairly a focused, fixable issue. I’m outside the business, but that doesn’t seem a difficult position to fill. It doesn't matter when you call, you'll be put on hold by an automated system for a minute and a half and then told there's a high call volume and prompted to leave a voicemail - which is nonsense. I discovered this firsthand by calling from their parking lot, getting that message, and walking in to find the desk clerk gossiping with a coworker. Used to be an AMAZING practice when Lauren White was a provider here. Since her departure though the office cannot seem to get it together. We have had multiple changes in providers because of various reasons. We have gone in for appointments to be told they were cancelled even though we had reminder calls, texts and emails. Our appointments that were scheduled for telehealth were changed to in-person without notice and unfortunately it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone there so when your missing your code/text for th... read more
