Our experience at this location has been outstanding. Yes it takes time to get an appointment for testing, but that is most assuredly because they offer very personalized and informative care. They have worked with our family to determine the best plan and have been available when needed.
I was with a family member when they called this place to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone out of nowhere starts yelling while my family member was providing their information. To people looking for neuropsychological or neuropsychiatric services DO NOT patronize practices that think they can treat patients in an abusive manner because they are seeking help/vulnerable. There are other places in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill where the front staff actually answers the phone and has normal interpersonal skills... read more
At least 50% of the time, my prescription isn't sent. Why cant you get this correct? Why don't you guys ever answer the phone?
Had nothing but problems with this office. They do not care about their patients. they will force a visit that's months out before refilling medication they should've provided at the previous visit. Providers keep leaving, so they require another visit to get a school form filled out. AVOID. You have been warned.
I’m an actual patient here, and Mary Gerow is pretty darn awesome. 5 stars—nothing bad to say at all. My 2 star review is based on the other reviews—and some of my complaints. If I were the owner, I would listen to my patrons by doing something about the concerns. If the problem is mainly focused on the front desk and communication operators, that’s fairly a focused, fixable issue. I’m outside the business, but that doesn’t seem a difficult position to fill.
