I love my actual physiatrist but when it comes to speaking with other staff members it’s very frustrating. I’ve never had an easy time getting an appointment or refill for my medications. The receptionist are always very rude and incredibly unhelpful.

They cannot properly verify insurance coverage so you might be charged more than you really need to. I was told multiple times I was out of network and kept telling them I wasn't. They said they would "get down to the bottom of it" and failed to do so or have any compassion as their "getting to the bottom of it" was again telling me I was out of network and that I had some other network (I don't). My biggest issues with this business is their front staff’s poor demeanor towards patients and their lack of communication. They won’t return your calls unless you are a current patient, which even then they're often untimely. I recommended this practice to a family member a couple months ago because my specific provider was great; however, she is no longer with the practice. Even after my family member left multiple voicemails regarding new patient info, none of them were returned. We had to try two different email addresse... read more
