I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to the NC License Plate Agency located at 901 U.S. Hwy. 321 N.W for their unexpectedly friendly and swift service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made the experience pleasant and efficient. It was a refreshing change from what I had anticipated and had experienced in the past. Typically, these spots garner disapproval and complaints due to their inhospitality; however, this particular staffs friendliness had a noticeable impact. Keep up the great work!
We arrived at the tag office at 4:35 just to find a sign on the door saying they weren’t accepting anybody after 4pm. They were only helping one person inside. Really hate that we wasted our gas and time! We had googled it and the hours said they were open until 5 pm. Maybe update your hours if you’re going to close early.
Craig is doing amazing the service was fantastic the food was fantastic all around angel was great good service all around
Place was packed to the door (about 20 people in line) and had 3 windows open but service was quick and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes.
Heather was very helpful, and she went the extra miles to help us. The other staffs were friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much.
