My wife and I drove from Charlotte to Newton-Conover to renew her driver license (Newton) and get our car title updated (Conover) on Friday, January 2. I would give this office a 0 if I could. I renewed my registration for my vehicle in February and because I was late or past due paying my payment, I needed a new sticker. I was then advised by the agent that I would receive a new license plate in the mail. I inquired about how long it would take. I was advised some people receive theirs quickly and some don’t receive theirs until closer to time for their next registration renewal. Months passed and I still hadn’t received my plate.
