I asked for details about the allowable rate of increase. The person who answered the phone just kept repeating the same verbiage over and over. I was polite and professional, she was not.
Had wind and rain damage due to the tornado, replacing ceiling, walls, vandalism stolen items from the home, pulled up carpets, stoled curtains, rods, drapes, ( ridge stoled ) destroyed front and back screen doors, Now they say I don't have anything they cover. Why are I'm paying insurance
Great company
This company is ridiculous. Called to make a claim. Took two weeks to get anything going on that. Took another week for the adjuster to come out. He wasn’t even here for 10 minutes said he crawled under my home in his report. He did not I stood at my front door and saw him drive away after saying the crawlspace door is in the back yard. Claim was denied for debunked reasons. Claim that we filed was denied for ongoing damages for more than a year.
