Kelly, Simi and everyone in the Apex office have been a great support in my depression treatment. Simi takes a holistic approach, checking on things besides my mood and anxiety level, like sleep quality, thyroid health etc. Kelly has been patient and persistent when it came to several insurance issues, which has allowed me to get the Spravato treatments I needed. I had a really great experience with Simi at North Carolina Institute of Advanced NeuroHealth. She took the time to really listen and understand my situation, and I appreciated how personal and caring her approach was. She explained the possible cause of the problem in a way that was easy to understand and clearly walked me through the treatment options. I never felt rushed or like just another patient. I’m very grateful for her care and would definitely recommend her!
