Dr Falsone is the best but the office staff is terrible. I have been there multiple times and check in/out is awful each time. I got to my appointment and they couldn’t find it in the computer. They scheduled it for the wrong location. I am extremely thorough and my husband even teases me for my great memory. I put this follow up in my calendar when I made it last year. Just had to jump on the treadmill and take a stress test for Dr. Mohit Pasi for the first time. I was a mite nervous but the nurse and the technician were just as nice and friendly and knowledgeable as they could be and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
The front desk poorly handles scheduling and communicating cancellations. After driving an hour, they informed me the doctor wouldn't be in and claimed they called earlier, but I received no calls or notifications. I can't believe how someone could lie on the face at doctor's office. They offered to reschedule in four months. This office is unprofessional. Consider going elsewhere to avoid wasting your time.
