The front desk poorly handles scheduling and communicating cancellations. After driving an hour, they informed me the doctor wouldn't be in and claimed they called earlier, but I received no calls or notifications. I can't believe how someone could lie on the face at doctor's office. They offered to reschedule in four months. This office is unprofessional. Consider going elsewhere to avoid wasting your time.
DR KELLY is top notch. I'm not too crazy about seeing a young dr but DR KELLY has proved me wrong! I see several Dr's for many health issues and He's my 2nd favorite. Explains everything and has a great personality! His office has scheduled me within the same week whenever I have issues that need to see seen prior to my next appointment. Sends over refills first time. Responds to messages same day within the hour most times. I'm not pleased to have CHF but pleased with him as my heart doctor.
I was here twice, once overnight for a procedure and once for two weeks for CHF. I received excellent care both times. Nurses and doctors were excellent as was the support staff. It is clean and pleasant.
The 5 stars goes to Nurse Kimberly. My mom Martha Richardson had a post op today. As we were sitting waiting on xrays, my mom got cold. I saw this beautiful young lady walking by and asked her if she could get my mama a blanket. She stopped with a beautiful smile and no hesitation and went to get my mom 2 blankets and wrapped her up like a Eskimo.
