Very good experience considering the service was for a ROOT CANAL! I highly recommend this practice.
This was an absolutely great experience. First, the office staff was very friendly, professional, and had all aspects of the paperwork for my treatment ready to go. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and the appointments started right on time. The endodontist (Dr. Hoopes) and dental staff were very thorough and conscientious in explaining all aspects of the analysis, diagnosis, and treatment plan for me. Was referred to Dr. Hoopes by my current dentist. To see if I qualify for a root canal. Everyone was so lovely and answered all my questions. Even the procedure was easy and dental procedures can be uncomfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the office or Dr. Hoopes. She and her staff explained everything so well. While she may not have been able to save my tooth, I would highly recommend the office to anyone. In fact I have mentioned it to friends.
I highly recommend NC Endodontics for root canal treatment. I was referred to NC Endodontics by my dentist. It was in-network with my insurance but it was 30-35 min away from my home. Anyways, I went for an evaluation for tooth#30. After evaluation, they (as expected) suggested root canal in two sittings.
