I saw two therapists here, each for around 6 months. I didn't think either of them were effective for me. I never felt like they were helping me address the root of my issues. Was making progress with a therapist here; now she's left the practice and NCCR can't even give me a new therapist. This place has gone very downhill. Thanks for nothing, NCCR.

Was unknowingly (no reminder or anything) scheduled for appointment during week I said I was unavailable, without my consent. Never received 75$ refund that I was charged as a "late fee" when I did not attend this meeting I never agreed to schedule. No correspondence when I tried to communicate about the issue, rather I was charged in response (which led to me leaving this practice). I still have not been reimbursed for this appointment I never agreed to despite my provider eventually saying I would be.

So far I’m confused by the model here. The center sends no communication about appointments or billing to the patient, and they don’t have my therapist’s contact information. They weren’t able to tell me what I paid, whether I had an appointment, or what my therapist’s phone number was. I was told to ask my therapist those questions. So I’m not sure what the point of the center is. My therapist is an independent contractor, it seems?
