My loved one was never a patient here but I do have a complaint about your admission personnel. Our caseworker inadvertently sent a referral to your facility without my knowledge. The answer that was returned to her was totally out of line. She out right said that my loved one was aggressive to staff and others so she was declining. A seton happened at one of your sister locations where a staff member was aggressive to both my loved and and myself and refused to provide care. North Capitol Nursing and Rehab personnel are caring, compassionate and bring smiles and laughs when interacting with the residents and others. I see therapy personnel singing and laughing while engaging with the residents. It's great to see such care and warmth that this community brings to others.
