I recently visited the ER at North Canyon Medical Center. The doctor who treated us was excellent—professional, attentive, and very reassuring during a stressful time. However, my experience with the ER nursing staff was disappointing. There were three female ER nurses present, and none of them introduced themselves or communicated with me. There was no explanation of what was happening, and very little interaction overall. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsure during an already stressful situation. I love North canyon and Dr Kyle Grooms he has done six surgeries on my hands with no problems and no pain he puts special care when doing the surgery and he has a great sense of humor I would highly recommend Dr Kyle Grooms And north canyon they are a whole lot better than St Lukes thank you Kyle and north canyon.
Dr. Kyle Grooms. What to say about him. Oh wait there is nothing nice that I can say. He did surgery on my moms forearm a couple MONTHS ago. She has been woken up in pain every night after she was told this surgery would get her out of the pain that she was in! He now has not only prescribed a medication that he KNOWS she is allergic to, he may have also put a metal plate in her arm her body is rejecting because it could be nickle! The staff at NCMC were fantastic!
My 84 year old mom has been in North Canyon twice this month. She fell and broke her hip and ended back in the ER with low sodium levels. The staff here from the drs to clean up crew are top notch. We love the attitude and attentiveness everyone has showed. Bless the hiring teams. As a family we appreciate all the concern and working to figure out the underlying causes of her low sodium.
