This place was a great place when I first started there . But the Drs are now starting to act like the ones at Saint Luke's , Nurse comes in does the normal tests enters on computer . When Dr comes in He glances at screen writes something on the paper , not explaining what or why . Get a call from drug store about two prescriptions being filled . One was for Flomax that didn't work the first time it was prescribed , next was for prostate cancer , a problem I was told was cured 30 years ago . Your place is starting to be like... read more
This place would rather prescribe pills than fix the problem. Dr. Woods is a complete lazy joke!!!!!!! I should send him the bill for doing absolutely nothing!!!!
So I called North canyon to satisfy my bill and I get a hold of the financial department I'm not sure the lady said her name but she was very rude. I asked her a simple question about the card number on file and she just point blank said there's not one on file but when you go into the website it doesn't even give you the option to put one in there it was just going to take it out of whatever was in there. I'm totally over rude people..
I recently visited the ER at North Canyon Medical Center. The doctor who treated us was excellent—professional, attentive, and very reassuring during a stressful time. However, my experience with the ER nursing staff was disappointing. There were three female ER nurses present, and none of them introduced themselves or communicated with me. I love North canyon and Dr Kyle Grooms he has done six surgeries on my hands with no problems and no pain he puts special care when doing the surgery and he has a great sense of humor I would highly recommend Dr Kyle Grooms And north canyon they are a whole lot better than St Lukes thank you Kyle and north canyon.
