I just want to rave about the ultrasound tech Shilo! She was absolutely amazing, very informative and educational, also great bedside care! Overall amazing experience!
Dr Grooms was extremely unhelpful. The first time my husband saw Dr. Guy Grooms for extreme knee pain and a torn meniscus and he suggested trying injections then if that didn’t help much he could go into surgery for a scope. Fast forward to a couple months later and the injection didn’t last long we go in for a pre surgery appointment and he’s very patronizing, body shaming and stating he won’t do anything unless he loses weight. ***Update!!!! They are trying to gaslight me. This absolutely happened to me, and YES YOU ARE THE FACILITY NCMC GOODING IDAHO THAT CHOSE THIS HEINOUS ACTION.... The CEO of this medical facility decided he wanted my housing, which was a contracted part of hire, then I had to move out STAT, being notified by HR with no place to go except my car in horrible weather! I was told to clock out, and immediately move out. I lost >$300.00 in groceries, and had to pay the cable company I set up too. Humans Beware!
The front desk working staff here are amazing. As far as the doctors….. just don’t get surgery or you may have a bunch of issues and Dr. grooms will do nothing to fix the issue, or help your pain. He’ll just charge you more for no result, but more x-rays to give you a wrong diagnosis. by the end you’ll just have to find a doctor who will actually FIX the problem that was created by this doctor during surgery.I should’ve been fully healed almost 2 months ago. I’m in just as much pain as I was after surgery and still can’t wal... read more
