It took 7 weeks to get our car back after being rear ended sitting at a red light. When we called for updates, they were rude and put the blame on Mercedes for not getting the parts to them. They discovered more parts were needed as they got more involved with the repairs delaying the process.
My husband recently had a repair at the shop. He was truly impressed with your work as you went above and beyond his expectations. Great job! We highly recommend North Canton Collision.
Years ago I had rear end damage from a deer hit (yes, the deer hit ME). They did a great job here and the customer service was great! A couple weeks ago my husband hit a deer so I recommended him here as well. The service is still top notch! His Jeep came back looking like it just came in off the truck again, inside and out. No point in going anywhere else, this place is the best
The customer service at North Canton Collision is outstanding! My car was taken in and back to me quickly. It looks amazing, possibly better than when I took it in. Best overall experience I have ever had. Beyond highly reccomend.
The gentleman who just helped me was amazing. He made a little door damage a little problem. I have been fretting about it for days and he helped me in 5 mins and at no charge. I hope I never need to go there again, but if I ever do have real damage, I will be going here!
