My granddaughter was here 3 years and loved it. The office was easy to work with and treated these young adults well. Maintenance was always done within 24 hours and we never experienced any issues.
This is a great place if you're looking for rent that's way cheaper than average for this area. However, it comes with poor maintenance and poor buildings. This *mostly isn't the fault of maintenance crew or the property manager, it's more the fault of the higher-up management: they can't seem to spare the money to hire enough maintenance people, so there are long delays to getting your work orders done, plus work orders that are totally ok at other apartments will sometimes get rejected.
