If I could give a zero I would. I moved out last June and these people still have not given back my security deposit even though I not only cleaned my room and common areas, I even cleaned my roommates who moved out a month earlier. I have never been late on rent and not caused any problems but these guys arent picking up the phone when I call about my security deposit.
