We took our cat in for a spay and she comes home with one of her ear tips cut off! I called in very upset and was told this is a normal procedure when using a free fix voucher. Yes..I used a voucher but this is a PET not a feral cat. We were never told that this was a new regulation and this would be done...otherwise I would have done something else. I adopted a dog and she had kennel cough from the humane society. I was desperate trying to find a vet open on a Saturday afternoon so I could get her on the road to recovery. This place was not only open till 5 on a Saturday but the staff was extremely helpful and loving to my pet and I. Very decent pricing as well! I'll be going back for sure.
These guys took in my dog with parvo when the clinic nearest to me wouldn't. Sophee made it! Staff was amazing to work with to them it's not just a job! Thank You so much for all your team did! Oh and they are decently priced totally worth the drive.
