I have been living at Paul Matacera Apartments for over 10 years. Words can’t express the gratitude I feel about each and everyone of their employees. First there is Debbie. She is helpful kind and considerate and between her and Monique who is also very helpful and does what she can to help you. They have plenty of fun activities during the course of the month which I enjoyed going to. The activities are fun and enjoyable. I moved here three months ago but I knew from my very first visit that they truly care and support the residents here. Debbie made the application process so simple and stress free. Kara was so knowledgeable helping me apply for all the assistance I needed. Monique at the front desk is very courteous and always willing to help. Lorenzo and Rancell keep the building running and the grounds neat and clean. The residents are also very friendly. There are also so many social interactions and activities to keep you busy. First I’m thanking God , it’s going to be in August 2926 one year , I applied in 2024 when I had a tumor in my ovary , and one of the social worker from hospital told me i should applied at first I said they will never give it me , then she said you never know . I waiting for a year Mrs. Debbie who I thank God she send me Emails and was calling me, never thought it was to see if I was interested in the apartment. I love that Debbie responds quickly to concerns and Lorenzo is very good at explaining what he is doing . Kara was very helpful in looking up things online for me . Rancell is very hard working and always gives me a positive greeting when I see him. Monique always ends our conversations with an upbeat remark and she is very knowledgeable. The residents have been very friendly and welcoming. It's a very supportive and comfortable place to be .
