Broward health North was an amazing hospital on my recent visit with my mother. I have never been in this hospital, but I will tell you it was very very well-maintained. I met a man named Andrew when I walked through the door. He was an administrator director and he treated me like I was princess Di tried to help me get where I was going so I could find my mother. Horrible experience. Went in the ER with a patient paralyzed head to toe on a vent with trach in severe pain in head. Explained needed a nuerology consult because he had a grievous ct angiogram that showed a blockage and was told to go to er if he had headachs or blurred vision. Er Dr refused to do the test and refused to order a consult with nuero. It took 12 hours to get patient back home and all they did was ck urine and do xray. Transport took 4 hours. Would never return
Great customer service for the 9th floor and emergency staff. Mr Steve Martin came into room made me feel welcome i appreciate all the staff that helped me,
Some nurses not that helpful especially when you are being discharge
