Been there 3 times and not once staff has been timely polite and not rude. And many of them are not knowledgeable and don’t have the humility to accept it. If you lack knowledge and proper education at least be nice.
I went to the Women’s Center for my mammogram. I wasn’t aware they had appointments on Saturdays. Very convenient. Start at the outpatient entrance for registration. JODI, @ outpatient registration was wonderful. I’m very anxious when getting a mammogram, & with her pleasant attitude & warm smile, I relaxed a bit. She walked me to the Women’s center where CATHY was waiting for me. CATHY was the best! Very reassuring, answering all of my questions. TO ANYONE OUT HERE IN THE AREA OF THIS HOSPITAL. BROWARD HEALTH NORTH ON SAMPLE IS A GREAT HOSPITAL. I'M FROM HOLLYWOOD AND I JUST RECENTLY MOVED HERE. I'M A SICKLE CELL SLASH HEART PATIENT. I CAME TO THIS HOSPITAL AND FOUND THE STAFF TO BE PHENOMENAL. FROM DR KONTOL IN THE E.R. DEPT TO NURSE BRYANNA AND OLIVIA ALSO IN THE E.R. DEPT. Mr. STEVE Martin is a great guy. It was always perfect timing when he came to check on me, it got to the point I looked forward to it. Always smiling and in good spirit. I can honestly say he help me get thru alot of my tuff times good or bad Mr.Steve was there and on time where he gave me hope when I needed it most seriously thanks Steve and im praying you touch many others with your great energy hard work and dedication.
