Scheduled an appointment for the works at the Quick Lanes. Checked in and waited in their waiting room for an hour and forty minutes (where for the first hour I was the only person waiting in there). After that, I came back out and asked Katelyn if they were working on my car. When I made the appointment, I was told it would only take about an hour.
