Just leased a new vehicle and had a hiccup. We told the sales person multiple times that we needed a tow package because we just bought a teardrop travel trailer that we needed to tow. We were the last customers of the day and when we left I didnt think anything of it. However, the next day I was going to go pick up the trailer and to my suprise no trailer hitch. I left all the detailed comments in the survey. They damage your car in different spots then what you originally fixing. They promise you to give the parts back and yet they come up with all excuses after and not provide you them
