I have been a tenant at Serenity Village for 8 years, and I am compelled to share my experiences regarding the poor management and excessive outsourcing that have severely impacted the quality of living here. Firstly, the management has outsourced the calls to the maintenance. While outsourcing itself is not inherently bad, the lack of oversight and accountability is.
