STAY AWAY!!! North Brooklyn Dental Care is a dishonest, predatory business who billed me $400+ for bad Invisalign results a YEAR AND A HALF after I was a patient. Their excuse is that my insurance denied charges after they filed appeals, but they couldn't give me any proof of the appeals they supposedly sent. It is insane that you would not notify a customer about a billing issue that was supposedly going on for over a year - clearly just a cash grab and in the middle of a pandemic no less. Pleasant staff and Dr. Stimmler is the best dentist.
I was in need of an emergency root canal last week. Dr. Stimmler was able to see me ASAP. He was great and the procedure was painless and that's saying a lot. would highly recommend him.
I left a message yesterday about my toothache. Lynn got back to me today and told me Dr. Stimmler could see me, and I'm feeling so much better now. I have been a fan of Dr. Stimmler, Dr. Neymark, and the whole staff for some time now based on routine care, and I am all the more impressed with how beautifully they are operating in these extremely challenging times. Top-notch professionals with wonderful and caring people skills: what more could you possibly want?
Finally found a dentist that makes me not hate going to the dentist! Dr. Stimmler was recommended to me by a colleague when I had a chipped tooth emergency a few years ago, and I have been going ever since for my cleanings. Meg the dental hygienist is great and makes the cleanings quick and painless. Front desk staff is also friendly and efficient. Highly recommend even if you have to make a trek to this neighborhood!
