STAY AWAY!!! North Brooklyn Dental Care is a dishonest, predatory business who billed me $400+ for bad Invisalign results a YEAR AND A HALF after I was a patient. Their excuse is that my insurance denied charges after they filed appeals, but they wouldn't give me any proof of the appeals they supposedly sent. It is insane that you would not notify a customer about a billing issue that was supposedly going on for over a year - clearly just a cash grab and in the middle of a pandemic no less. Yesterday I had best dental appointment ever! First time I felt comfortable in a dental chair! Dr. Alisa Neymark has excellent skills . She’s extremely caring and professional! She’s a truly amazing doctor! I can highly recommend her to anyone who needs a high quality dental work. My son and my sister has been Dr. Alisa Neymark patients for a few years. Now she’s my doctor to.
The staff at north bklyn dental care was amazing . Dr Stimmler is super cool also very friendly. Shellan, Urszula and Alila(hopefully I spell the names right) were nice people that made you feel comfortable .I would like to give this dental care a 10 star rating. Unfortunately I have to settle for 5.
