Jessica King was my counsellor in 2023. She had such a positive impact on me that I am googling her name to leave a positive review years later! Although I did not see Jess at this particular practice, I am sure she is still the same warm and understanding woman and I cannot recommend her enough. Been working with Henry for a few months now, after I had a complete nervous breakdown from neglecting my mental health and coping with substance abuse. He has been absolutely amazing and has really helped me get my life back on track and helped me to understand and control my neurodivergent mind. North Brisbane Phycology have a massive roster of phycs and really try to aline you with the right person for you which is absolutely crucial for therapy to work.
I've been working with Rachel Hannam for a few months now, as a business/leadership coach, to help me work through burnout and overwhelm related to running my company. This review is on the individual therapist and not the practice. I would never use David Marshall again, he is ethically confused and a megalomaniac that loves to talk and project his ideas and concepts onto others. Found him to be a manipulator that puts words in clients mouths and makes judgements and suggestions against what clients want.
