Clean & relax clinic environment, helpful front desk staff - I've seen one GP and she's very calm and thorough, instead of rushing through the consultation. There is a pathology right inside so very convenience - fee wise competitive for the area (comparing to other Brighton clinics)
After attending for a few years and being happy, I used a new doctor who wanted to charge me for a full new appointment just to issue results for a basic test, when they have given me incorrect antibiotics that has lead to a worsening of my condition. The front staff is really rude. I dont recommend and won't go again, nor my 3 kids.
