I found them to have poor leadership, the upper management seemed to lack onsite respect for other tradesman, and unfortunately the supervisory staff on site were ill trained.
North Branch Construction is one of the most professional and considerate General Contractors in New England. We have had the pleasure of working for NB for many years. All of the job sites we have worked on are neat, clean, and safe. The superintendents on site are conscientious, knowledgeable and go out of their way to work with all trades and their customer.
A light cover just fell off my ceiling and hit me in the head. I walk in my apartment this morning to find a bunch of men in my bedroom, without warning or proper notification. My personal belongings had been moved. I’ve come home to broken glass in my office, the lights left on, and my bathroom shelf had been ripped out of the wall- anchors and all! If I had known this was going to be the level of professionalism during the renovation process, I would have moved a month ago.
