On hold for an hour then got 1st que and get hung up on & 2 hours of listening to 80s porn hold music I just gave up .
Move location and didn't update their website! Worst of all they don't answer the phone!! When they do answer the phone they disconnect the call!!
My son had an appointment with Dr. Granny today. He took his time to ask quest and learn about my son’s allergy symptoms. He was excellent, professional and thorough. We felt at ease with him and he provided detailed information to help us manage my son’s allergies. Wish more specialists were like this. Good sense of humour too!!
They recently moved locations and now I can't get a hold of them and worse yet my pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them as I need an emergency rescue inhaler prescription and 3 weeks later no one has gotten back to the pharmacy in spite of repeated requests! Every time I call I'm on hold for 20 minutes or more to then have the call disconnect.
